Amanda (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who offers a concierge approach to mental health services, which allows her clients to access her directly, receive prompt and timely responses, and receive personalized and quality services based on each individual's unique needs. She provides individual therapy, family therapy, consultation, and coaching services for adults and adolescents (ages 16+) who present with issues relating to anxiety, depression, life transitions, sexual and gender identity, eating disorder and body image issues, sport performance/athlete recovery from injury, emerging and high-level professionals, trauma/abuse, academic issues, relationship challenges, fertility and family planning, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, and grief and loss.
She has over 10 years of experience working with a diverse range of individuals in terms of socioeconomic status, age, ethnicity, gender, and presenting concerns. Amanda provides supportive, affirming, and professional services with the goal of assisting clients in improving their mental health, enhancing their life experiences, and empowering them to be a part of their own growth.
